Malbec is a full bodied red wine crafted from grapes of the same name. It is deep purple in color, with velvety texture and plush dark fruit notes like blackberry, black cherry and plum. Originally from France, it is now the most well known Argentinian grape, where it grows at extremely high altitudes (up to 10,000 feet).
