A French Martini is a sweet and tart cocktail made with vodka, pineapple juice and Chambord (French black raspberry liqueur). Created in the 1980s at Keith McNally’s Balthazar restaurant in New York, it is fruity, sweet and velvety, often garnished with a raspberry or lemon.
