Riesling
Riesling is a highly aromatic white grape variety originating in Germany’s Rhine region, producing wines that range from bone dry to lusciously sweet. It is known for its high acidity, exceptional ability to reflect terroir and a sweetness spectrum that extends through to rich ice wines. Tasting notes typically include citrus, green apple and peach, while aged Rieslings develop a distinctive petrol or mineral character considered a hallmark of the variety.
