Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio refers to a light bodied and crisp white wine made from greyish blue grapes of the same name. It is a dry, highly acidic wine with refreshing lemon, green apple and pear flavors, an excellent pairing with seafood and salads. Today, it is primarily produced in Northern Italy, but its origins are French, where it is called Pinot Gris and vinified in a fuller bodied and richer style.
