Bellini
The Bellini is a sparkling wine cocktail created by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice, which combines Prosecco with white peach purée. It has a light pink hue, displaying fresh fruit notes and a crisp flavor, averaging around 7% ABV. Bellini is often served chilled in a Champagne flute or coupe glass and some variations replace the peach with strawberry (Rossini), mandarin (Puccini) or pomegranate (Tintoretto).
