Prosecco
Prosecco refers to the Italian DOC or DOCG sparkling white wine which is crafted primarily from Glera grapes in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in Northeast Italy. It is produced using the Charmat (tank) method, typically light, fresh and fruit forward with apple, pear and citrus flavors. Prosecco ranges from brut (driest) to dry (sweetest) styles and it pairs well with seafood, prosciutto and brunch dishes.
